About The Mid-York Press, Inc.
Mid-York Press is built on a legacy of innovation, craftsmanship, and commitment to excellence. From our humble beginnings in 1828 to becoming a nationally recognized packaging supplier, our journey has been defined by adaptability and a passion for serving our clients.
Our History
Our story dates back to circa 1828, with the formation of Hamilton’s first newspaper, The Hamilton Republican. Over the years, this legacy evolved into The Mid-York Weekly following mergers and acquisitions in 1946. In the same year, The Mid-York Press was officially incorporated, acquiring printing presses from Norwich Pharmacal Company and expanding into commercial printing and packaging.
Today, The Mid-York Press specializes in supplying quick turnaround, high-quality packaging solutions to the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries across the nation, while also providing commercial printing services to local businesses.
